Travel & Logistics

On certain tours, such as our Alaskan grizzly and Canadian Polar Bear adventures, we may include private domestic charter flights. We will always provide guidance on which flights to book, including recommended airlines and departure times, helping you secure the best prices and preferred schedules.

  • Yes. Unless otherwise specified, all of our tours include airport transfers from the designated arrival and departure points. We handle the logistics to ensure your journey to and from your accommodation is smooth and stress-free, so you can focus on enjoying your adventure. Transfers are included in the tour price, so you will never be asked to pay any additional fees for these services while travelling with BearPhoto.

Accommodation

  • Owing to the remote nature of many of our tours, accommodation capacity is limited. Guests are generally accommodated in same-sex twin rooms. Single occupancy may be available upon request; however, availability is limited and must be confirmed in advance.
